Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competing athlete. She began competing in fitness contests at the age of 16 after she quit the gymnastics she had been involved in during her youth. She was awarded her Professional Card just one year later at the age of 17. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is Ariel Khadr. Ariel Khadr began her fitness modeling career at age 16, when she decided to stop the sport of gymnastics. The Pro Card only one year later and was 17. She was one of the smallest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel spent six years away from the stage following her acquisition of her Pro Card to complete her studies at college. Then, in 2015, she returned to the stage and competed in high-level competitions, such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her debut show, she continued competing for many years and established new goals every year. She was awarded four more health titles before the end of 2009. She was also the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion. This made her among the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro (age 17) to ever win a title. Following the Pro Card's award, Ariel took a six-year break from competitive sports to pursue her university degree. Her first appearance as an IFBB Fitness Pro was at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. She was 3rd overall at the event. She took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016 and also qualified for the Fitness Olympia. A few months later she took to the Olympia stage, and was awarded 6th at the Fitness Division. Ariel declared that she'd had no expectations before and was very happy with her performance. Ariel was competing against one of the world's best athletes. Ariel's body continues to grow each year. The body part that Ariel likes for training to work on is her back. The routine for her back consists of single-arm lat pulldowns and pullups using a machine, in addition to bent-over row. Ariel warms herself before going towards her sets. Ariel also Ariel is known to make use of her time as efficiently as feasible. Ariel does so by doing supersettings in all her back exercises. This is typically three to four sets of 10--12 repetitions.
